General Information
What you need to know before you come
You will be treated with dignity and respect at all times in a safe, pleasant environment where you will receive the best treatment options, nutritious food and be informed about your patient rights or facility guidelines regarding your treatment.
Inpatient Unit
Jonas Hill Hospital provides short-term crisis stabilization for those who have a mental illness and/or mental illness with co-occurring substance use disorder. The program therapies and activities are designed to improve coping skills, encourage independence, self-reliance, and provide education in management of mental illness and addiction.
Inpatient Visiting Hours:
Monday – Friday: 7pm – 8pm
Saturday & Sunday: 3pm – 4pm
Outpatient Clinic
The Clinic at Jonas Hill will open in 2021. It will provide education and community resources plus provide much needed therapy help to patients and their families when hospitalization is not recommended. Resources available through the clinic will include behavioral health evaluations, medication management, individual or group therapy and counseling, education and assessments of drug/alcohol concerns.

The first time you are admitted to a mental health center can be an intimidating and stressful experience. Our goal is to make the process as easy and stress-free as possible. This guide will help you understand what to expect at admission and during your stay.
Your time with us is intended to restore emotional stability in the least restrictive environment possible. Our open, barrier-free environment is designed to allow you freedom to find a space you feel most comfortable, give you access to staff members at all times, and keep you safe. You will gain tools to help develop self-awareness and insight, effective coping skills and following discharge to get access to community resources for continued treatment.

Payment Options
Cash payment and insurance accepted
We accept most insurances that provide for behavioral health service coverages. Patients without payer source will not be denied services or admission to the inpatient facility. Other factors such as bed availability may apply.
For inpatient hospitalization, Jonas Hill will accept insurance:
- Which offers benefit coverage that includes behavioral health services.
- Jonas Hill will verify and secure authorization for services while at the inpatient facility.
For outpatient Jonas Hill Clinic services and programs:
- We will participate with most, if not all, insurance companies.
- We will verify your insurance benefits prior to your first appointment
- We will bill your insurance company for your services
